I always have a side project going: small tools, automations, experiments with whatever tech is new. Most never ship — that's fine, the building is the point.

Lately a lot of that tinkering happens with AI in the loop. This whole site — the walkable pixel world, the mini-games, the lot — I built with Claude, pairing on the code as I went. It's wild how much ground you can cover in a weekend now.

The workshop in the pixel world collects these experiments, this website included.
